When we talk about Personal data, we mean any information that relates to an identifiable natural person – in this case, you. When we use terms such as “we”, “us” and “our” in this Policy, we mean KoaT Properties.

What personal data do we collect from you?

We may collect some or all of the following personal data from you depending on the services you apply for, the services we provide you and your use of our website:

Photographic identification document such as a passport, driving license, identification card. Proof of your place of residence such as a utility bill.

and some of the cookies that are installed on your device which are referred to as Cookie Information.

8. Rights in relation to automated decision making. This allows you in certain circumstances to access the risk of a potentially damaging decision taken solely without human intervention, we however do not use your personal data in this way.
